Those 2 are from a manga called きょうの体育は全裸水泳 (Correct me if I'm wrong)
I believe there are 3 different chapters you could call it, though i don't believe they're continuations, so much as different scenarios with different girls each time. I don't believe it's been translated yet, but as far as I can tell it has something to do with a couple girls using their period as an excuse to get out of swimming, which is a lie, and they're caught, leading to the punishment of every girl in the class having to strip naked and do PE without clothes on.
Easily one of my favorite ENF's.
