Even then it looks like it would be hard to buy. It's for an android-type phone, although you can find programs for a computer that will emulate one of those. But you can't buy it with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, etc, only specific Japanese payment methods.
I've spent way too long looking for a way around this, if anyone can figure this out I would be hugely grateful.
