Number two Lobbyist for the oil companies must wear flammable suits and get their picture taken atop active volcanoes before they can approach any politician to support their cause. Any other lobbyist must wear straight jackets when speaking with law makes to prevent them from slipping envelopes of money to them when no one is watching.
