Isn't this a photoshop of a popular bridesmaids showing their panties picture? Or it the next in a series?

I am pretty certain that this is genuine. There is a short film of this. The bridesmaid on the left is telling the photographer that the photo needs to go into a different folder.

I'll see if I can track it down.
