Yes. That is Cape Hatteras Light, at Buxton, NC, on the Outer Banks. Black and white candy-striped. They are all different so that the mariners can see where they are.

The next south, Cape Lookout Light is b/w diamond pattern. Bodie Island Lighthouse is b/w wide horizontal stripes, like a rugby shirt, is just north. Cape Fear Light at Oak Island is three stripes, black, white and grey.

There are very few topless/nude beaches in North Carolina. Oddly enough, women being topless is legal here according to state statute.

Most of the Outer Banks are in a National Seashore. That woman is a national treasure.
