Well, hello neighbor! I live on the Seattle side of Shoreline off 99. You're right, there are crazy amounts of bikini baristas up there. Not as many in the city limits, though. The only one that comes to mind is Chicka Latte, and I think they only go as far as lingerie. I'm surrounded by pot dispensaries, however... c'est la vie.
