I remember seeing one some time ago . . .
Where there was a woman naked but for, if I recall, a bridal veil. They had carefully blurred her face, but were too stupid to notice that there was a reflected version in the mirror that they forgot about.
The story that went with it said that she was a relative of the bride and should not have been trying on the veil to begin with. Supposedly the bride was pissed when the photos got out. And I'm sure the nude model was humiliated.
