...this one picture sharing site.

It's starts with a "W" and it's not Webshots. I thought I had seen a thread devoted to it on OCC but I tried searching for "W" and apparently it's not specific enough.

I also tried googling picture sharing sites and it didn't come up. It is possibly it could be an international picture sharing website. I thought surely it would turn up on Google but it didn't happen.

I want to say it's something like Webboo or something...but that doesn't really look close. I thought(if I am remembering correctly) that it was a "W" word with a "p" in the word somewhere.

Anybody have any ideas?? Thank you.
