Default Posting our own watermarked / copyright photos?

I would like to pose this scenario / question. I know that not all the different moderators for the different sections are going to respond here, but I hope I can get a good idea from all of you reading this.

My wife and I have a Flickr Pro account and we have 1000 of our photos (mostly of her) on there, and almost all of them have our copyright in the bottom right corner that we add with Picasa before we upload them. We just found this site and would like to share some photos here that are on our Flickr account.

If I add links to our photos from our Flickr account on here, and our account name matches the watermark on the photos, and we aren't violating copyright because (A) they are our photos, and (B) we are linking from Flickr, so they aren't copied anyway...

... will they still get flagged and removed?

I'm definitely not a pro, and my wife is not a model, but some shots are really nice, and some are so-so, but they all have our copyright / watermark on them. These are the ONLY photos we have to post, like the one we attached.

If it is ok to do this, should we use the BBcode that Flickr provides, or what is the preferred way to add our Flickr photos to a post? Do we need to always attach rather than link?
