It's a lot easier when the "3sum" is an MMF instead of MFF!
I've done a good number of MMF's and a few MFFs, but it's generally not a problem - while it's exciting, it's also nerve-racking as well, and much more so for the ones in the couple (I've usually been the 3rd wheel). But if you're a considerate partner at all, you're concerned that things go well, that you keep communicating during the process, that you can perform adequately, etc. It's MUCH more common for the guy to have hardness issues than it is to pop off too early!
And remember - most of the time it's not about "2 girls to please me" - it's more like "letting my wife explore with another woman, and I can watch and participate a bit."
So, go for it and don't sweat it!
