Conclusion: She enjoys/is excited by the accidental flashing. She can be an exhibitionist without guilt by claiming that it is not her fault.
This GF is a keeper. "Accidents" going from the bedroom to the car, during the day...... Who knows what might happen if you get her into more public spaces with the right opportunities.
