I have done it
I haven't done it in person with my wife, but I did it in pics.
We were watching our last vacation album in the pc and there were some pics taken in a dessert beach where she was topless and even one taken from behind fully nude. When these pics came I looked at her to ask her permission and, without saying a word, she smiles and nodded with her head, so we showed them to our friends, who had a great reaction, and there was some nude pics of mine too, even full frontal.
It has been the only time we have shown naked pics of her to some friends, though we have done it too some relatives, and some times when we are hot she has showed herself to unkonwn people as a game.
