Default #9 Is a Chrysler product.
I'm not as good with them as I am with GM. I'm thinking mid or early '60s Imperial? I could just make out their old logo in the centers of the wheelcovers.
I've heard of Simca, Lada, Trabant, and the like but I've never seen one in person.
