The title says in Dutch that it's nude new years skinny dip. So far as i can see on the picture it was held on the North Sea coast, probably in the province of Noord Holland.
I will for sure look for more pics and info about this.
The only new years skinny dips which were in the news were the yearly clothed (bathing suits) skinny dips, co sponsored by Unox, a Dutch brand (soups/potage/hot dogs etc.) of the Unilever company. In Scheveningen they have the biggest one, >1000 people including lots of young woman and girls but unfortunately nothing/not much to see.
