Apparently, down in the free sites section is a thread which shows the world record was just broken yesterday in NZ.
Around 600 dipped this time, breaking the old record of 413.
But.......I'm sure the record will be broken again, and the problem is that each time there is an attempt, another thread goes up here. Too bad there isn't one "OFFICIAL" world record skinny dip attempt thread
Should I start one?
As gatherings of naked people go, 600 is an impressive number. We're talking loads of eye appeal here, and just where are the pics? This one was posted in free sites. I'll look for others.
But this is the type of event that could use some serious promotion, and so why don't some internet savvy types host a "World record skinny dip attempt day" or something like that, coordinating attempts from around the globe? We could keep track city by city a la WNBR, and find out just which one can muster the most brave souls. As a competition it would be fun and pretty hot too..but we need more pics of them coming OUT of the water, not going in.
Anyway, it would be a nice project to take on - first, compiling all of the attempts to date and gathering them into one thread. And second - promoting and assembling pics from future attempts. There is no end in sight - 1000? 2000? I see it as a world wide competition to see who can gather the most naked people together in one place at one time. Forget the water, the dip etc - just focus on the numbers and the nakedness. Who can put the most naked bodies together for a snap shot? Let the games begin....
