In this case it's simply good manners. Someone offers you something, you take it, you say thank you. Makes the world a tiny bit more pleasant and the person making the original offer a little more likely to caring on sharing.

Ever since the mods introduced the "thanks" button I have noticed that people here on OCC are a lot less willing to hand the out than other forums, especially here in the ENF section.

I have a feeling that as Dalquez specifically asked for any reposts to be deleted they would be deleted by the mods. However, as these things have a habit of doing they may start sneaking back on to OCC in the near future.

showoffzzzz, Fango or indeed any other mod reading this what exactly is the situation re reposts of Dalquez material?
