Thanks for the tip. There's a far simpler way to do this, I believe. Locate Tools tab on the toolbar, then Page Info. Find the Media tab, then scroll. Every image on that page is listed. There's even a media preview so you can view the images. When you find the one you want, simply click Save As. It will take all of a minute. Just another option to choose from. No photo is un-saveable if you know the tricks.
