Maybe its time for someone to see her completely naked. I'm sure the lucky friend from you previous posts wouldn't mind. Something that I've found works well in situations like yours is the "double agent" set up. For instance, lets say you and your girl would like to try the shower thing again, but with her fully naked. The obvious problem is that your friend wouldn't believe its an accident the second time. So you tell him something like, "We thought it was hilarious when you caught her topless last time..." or "We had amazing sex that night, so you'd be doing me a favor if we set something up without her knowing..."
You tell the friend that she tends to walk around naked in the home, especially after the shower. Since everyone seemed to enjoy the first time, you want to set her up for it to happen again, telling him maybe he will get lucky and she will be totally naked this time. If not, nothing lost. But stress to him that he can't say anything to her about it or else you will be in big trouble. Meanwhile she is aware of the whole thing and has agreed in advance.
The beauty about this particular set up is that it lays ground work for future events if you want to continue. Telling the friend she tends to be naked while at home will open the door for more opportunities after the shower set up. If you and her want to continue, you will have an easy time of it at that point.
