For me, nothing more exciting than seeing an actress engaging in real sex when I can flip to my DVD collection and say "hey she was in [insert movie]! Cool!". But as you said, once the "novelty" wears off, unless the chick is genuinely smoking hot, I could care less (ala Paris Hilton after her first video).
