Yeah, that'd be way cool, ZZ. There are some weak video modification features in Win Movie Maker, but that crashes my computer whenever I try to use it.
If you can have any luck with fixing this up, post the revised version and I'll get some of the other messed up low-quality vids to you (I have a couple gigs of similar stuff -- all in mpg encoded thru Intervideo DVD.)
