you can see boat shack board in rear.It is at Candolim Beach in Goa.I am from Goa.This is very common here on goan beaches though nudity has been reduced to minimum although few beaches which are remote still have it.Infact there was(still there but not now) a beautifull beach where you could find topless and full nude people.Now it has become over exploited commercially with no privacy.Also now a days lot of Indian girls and NRI girls have become courageous to be seen topless and in bikiny at beaches and Goa is a place to enjoy where people mind there own business and does not find nudes at beaches strange.that does not mean that local girls are freakout(some people have wrong notion about it and get thrashed by locals when poked fun at or abused).We are 100 % in sync with indian culture but not rigid like views about girls freedom as rest in country.It is only place in country having common civil law where girl and wife have equal rights in property.
