the woman in pink is named Sandra Stein from Nordsee, Germany and had a Yahoo site called Sturmdresses. She would go out in a party or prom dress or gown on windy days, letting the skirt get whipped hard by winds. One of her videos had the wind blowing so hard it tore the dress hem so it looked like a long ribbon blowing at the bottomof he skirt. The wind blew the dress straight up at one point, almost disrobing her. She had several vidoes on YouTube at one time but has vanished completely
