I love that you are willing to do this. I get the biggest thrill looking down a woman's blouse. When I do I make sure the woman knows I am looking and give her a big smile when our eyes meet and act like it is the most natural thing. If the woman acts put off I move on but some times they either smile back or act indifferent.
