Threads like this (voting on and debating/discussing whether certain rules should exist) are pointless. Every rule exists for a reason. In this case, the Tribute pic rule exists for the simple reason that: we don't want Tribute pics here. We're here to look at pictures of women, not pictures of cum on pictures of women. Tribute pictures and videos put the focus on the men, not the women. So it is, in effect, an extension of rule 9 (9. Please don't submit photos & videos featuring just men. After all this is the "One Click Chicks" website, not "One Click Dicks". This applies to avatar & profile photos too!).
If you enjoy Tribute pics, I'm sure there's plenty of places around the 'net where you'll be able to find and/or share them, but OCC is not (and will not) be one of them.
