insane in a sense that people are trained to be so ashamed of their bodies being naked is so embarassing so humilitating and are so repressed that being exhibited naked is or can work as punishment. This women looks like she is truly being punished while if she was laying on a beach in many western countries it would be normal and natural, because it is normal and natural.

I mean really when you think about it how insane is a society where this can be a workable punishment.

Plus it seems more of a mob action than any judicial process and that is probably what has her terrified

PS Kenya and Nigeria are different places and their cultural norms are not universally shared since they are on different coasts.
