Therese Johaug (I think it's her) can be seen in a red sports bra/top. But before it gets interesting they change camera. A few moments later she (and another girl) can be seen in a white top now. So she (and several others as well) might have been topless while there was a camera nearby but direction obviously decided quickly enough to change camera view. I'm quite sure this video has not been edited later on. It seems to be the original footage.
The Norwegian ladies later probably complained about the camera guy close to their changing place in general. But I suppose there have no topless pictures been broadcasted.

This is problably the nearest there is of a topless picture of Marit Bjorgen. Besides the lingerie photoshoot she did with Therese Johaug some years ago.
The complaint was a result of that the organiser did not follow the new rules that said that there should be a tent provided to the athletes to change in.
