They are not stupid: Cap d'agde is built in the middle of the 1970, and so it looks nower days. In fact nobody would go there because it is so beautiful there and all the facilitys are in so modern and new condition, actualy its ugly, its just the atmosphare of open mindet sexuality which makes people go there. And thats the only reason that it is a business.
The goverment knows that, if they make the swingers keep out of this place they can close it.
