After you mentioned the bottle, the first thing I thought of was a glass. You could go from shotglasses up to a tall water glass. Clear preferred, so we can still see her pink parts.
I've seen staplers, cell phones, tv remotes, and a few bazillion variations on the vacuum cleaner and hose. Most don't look very comfortable for the lady. I'd rather see her having fun!
Other things to try, light bulbs, flashlight, cabinet handles and knobs, door handles and knobs.
