I think that scene you are thinking of is from the movie "Private Lessons". I don't think she is the same actress that I am talking about. I remember there being a scene where the teacher gets frustrated and just strips naked for the sake of it. I also remember the kid being a little bit older then the one in the scene in Private Lessons.
