OK, because I have written a ton of stuff, it all may seem really confusing. it is not!. So forget everything else if you want and just read this:

Once again, I am mainly interested in the titles that go with E&V and UPs and DBS, not the pics themselves and how they are distributed. Mainly, I am advocating removing the word "voyeur" from E&V and adding it to UPs and DBs. Also, I advocate adding the word "public" somewhere to E&V. The pic reshuffling on the other hand is very minor, and would only involve a very small number of pics - spy pics ("true" voyeur pics presently in E&V but IMHO belonging in UPs and DBs and defined elsewhere) and street candids (divided between the two forums, belonging in UPs and DBs and also defined elsewhere). Everything else is fine!
