In my mind, warped as it is, some exibitionist are non-nude, i.e. short skirts, sheer clothing, low cut tops with lots of cleavage. But the proposal raises a bigger problem for me. I currently post in a half dozen threads, all in the E & V category, always grouped by an 'event'. At each event theres always girls flashing. But there's also always some girls that are just dressed provocatively, sexy, or just pretty. They often get as many 'Thanks' as the flashers. Would I have to exclude those? Would the mods scold me for posting them even though they're from the same event?

No, if they're from an event where girls are also nude, post 'em in E&V. BTW, I looked up "Exhibitionist" and in the definition, exposure of genitals, breasts or buttocks is a prerequisite so that then a sexily dressed woman is not included. I know, it doesn't quite make sense, but its in wiki. Also, where you put a set of pics is really dictated by the title and the content type of the
majority of those pics. I would never advocate breaking up WNBR sets for example where a few non nudes are thrown in to show you everybody arriving. Its that way with a ton of stuff, especially that occasional ENF or even hardcore pic
In some of my suggestions for change in the UPs and DB title, I wrote "NN candid" or even NN
street candid.
Using the term "street candid" would be one way you could keep those pics separate from NN event pics like you describe.
But again, I want to emphasize one point in all of this discussion. Change can come all together or it can come in bits and pieces. In other words, you can accept all, some or none of it. But please - once again, my main proposal has to do with
removal of the term voyeur from the E&V title, adding it to UPs and DBs and adding "public" somewhere to E&V. All other changes (NN etc) are less important.
