I work for a company that has it printed in the employee handbook, that "pornography" is grounds for termination. So in my case, I would not have a case to argue. However, I think I would have a case about having it returned to me. This does not become Company property. Especially in the way that it was found at work. A mistake. This is why i am asking if you inquired about the company returning it to you. If not, I would submit a letter from an attorney requesting it back. Companies tend to listen or take note of something from an attorney rather than a letter from you or me. Especially if you have it mailed to their company attorney. I hope things work out for you. It is your property NOT there property. GET IT BACK!!!!!
