What he's trying to say is, "Случай на Юге, который мы имели, выпил немного, и деньги дома оставил.Вот и должен был разделить жену..."
Well, that's not actually what he's trying to say, that's the Russian translation of the English translation of what he was trying to say in Russian.
It was a bad translation, so I tried it again, and it makes a lot more sense now:
"The case in the south which we had, has drunk a little, and money of the house has left. Here also should divide the wife"
