The camera never quite catches the microphone flag entirely, and any time it is on camera, the camera is moving so the image is blurry. I can make out that the last four letters are "ason". I'd really love to see that interview with her.

It is someone from Reason Magazine, a US-based libertarian(ish) magazine. They also run ReasonTV, I haven't seen the video or stills on their site yet.
