People will always do more in private than in public or with others around. If I was a betting man, since your wife seems flustered each time - your mate has probably seen / touched her boobs and it is turning her on. wow, thanks for your input i really appreciate your thoughts. erm, how i feel about it, well though it's hot thinking of her in those positions i think i'd find it really sexy to think she's shown him her breasts. as for hand & blow job, i'd be upset to find that out, but it's quite possible with the amount of time spent.
