I'm not sure where the pic is originally from. Unfortunately, the pictures I've posted so far are the only ones I have. These kind of pictures are rare and hard to find, and this is mostly all I've come up with over the last 8 or 9 years. There are some pictures on fetish sites that are labeled as bulging bladder pics, but many of these probably just depict women who are pregnant or just have a bit of a "pooch." I try to only post pics if the caption written by the girl who originally put it online indicates that they needed to pee, or if I can find other pics of the same girl indicating that she peed right afterwards, such as in this case:
