Google image search's "Search by image" will give you the title and from there you can get more info.

You may have already found this out with what you searched, but it seems to be part of what is at least a 3 part series, and you may need some kind of phone app to view it. Here's at least a video of one of them being shown off on some guys phone (unfortunately not the same part).

Yep, most pages I ended up on were meant for smartphones. BookLive seems to have a reader for PCs, and a free "digest version" of the manga, but the reader is only available in Japanese so I couldn't quite get it to work.
