I'm bumping this because an OCC member has asked me when Neptune Day 2012 is, and I'm having trouble sleuthing the info. Here are some keywords:
"Праздник (or День) Нептуна" (Neptune Festival or day) 2012 Коктебель (Koktebel) авугст (August)
note that there are several "Neptune Day's" in Russia during the summer, so make sure you get the koktebel and naked one!

EDIT: here is a pic and let me tell you that using these search terms in Google will net you lots of naked pics, many of which will be totally new to us. So as an inducement to search for the date of this years event, take a look at past pics and post any you find. Searching in Russian language always reaps rewards!
