If the file name is xxxxxx_yyyyyyyy_zzzzzzzzzz_n.jpg then if you use this url:
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=yyyyyyyy you might be able to access it depending on whether you're a friend of friend and how locked down their profile is :-)
