Default Flash problem

Most of the sources you mentioned use Flash or a version of it. (Such as Flowplayer, JLPlayer etc.) You might try un-installing and re-installing Flash. On my machine, I list Adobe Flash, Adobe AIR, and Adobe Active X. I'm not sure about AIR but Flash and Active X are what allows internet videos to stream.

After un-installing, I would run a disc cleanup and de-frag before loading the software back up. The links to Adobe Flash should be on any of the sites you listed. (They want you to be able to use their sites too!)

Lastly, check your security settings. If you have Active X disabled, streaming may not work correctly.
