My wife has very large areolas that I love; they are puffy, too. And extremely light. If she is wearing a low cut dress while braless, if she stretches over to the side, her areolas show every time, even if her nipple isn't even close. Girls used to tease her, too, growing up. It took a very long time to get her to go braless, but one accidental spotting of her areola from a male friend while she popped out of a swimsuit changed all that--he said he liked them and she showed him again, and that made her realize that I wasn't just making it up that guys like them.
I once dated a girl with NO areola--just nipples. That was really weird to me.
