My apologies up front: this is my first time posting, so I'm sure to get something wrong. Anyway, that second picture is Photoshopped, albeit done pretty well. If you upload it using Google Images and select "All Sizes," the first hit is a much homelier looking woman.
The face placed on it is that of "Nikki Devine," which I presume is a pseudonym. There's a three page entry for her here at OCC, but I can't post links yet.
