I've got a couple ideas saved up myself. If you're going to a touristy location you'll have plenty of opportunities to get your fill. I personally think a sundress with no bra or panties is the best bang for your buck. You should look for a place that does henna tattoos, usually at beaches but could be elsewhere, and pick your wife a design. She probably wont think twice about it until the designer asks her if she could pull her skirt up a bit to start. I've attached an example pic. She'll then be forced to either admit she can't because she isn't wearing panties or be very close to being exposed. I personally like chance scenarios rather than blatant exhibition. I also think roller coasters have tons of untapped potential.
