This guy is an 'arch-voyeur', he spends all day walking past beach users staring, usually with his shorts on.  I am hoping that when we have to use the bus (at the end of June) and pay to use the beach, he will not be there so much.
I also intend to make a few visits before then without taking video, as suggested. I am confident I can get away with shooting video without being noticed by the subjects, but a guy like this, who can pop up behind me at almost anytime, is just too difficult to counter. maybe he want's my autograph!!!

Typically, voyeurs are not looking to bring attention to themselves. I can't imagine why he would come so close to you, and so often, unless he just wants a good look at your package. He must be a true voyeur, and doesn't care whether you're a man or woman
