Kind of a long process, but if you view it at the largest size (at least in Firefox), then right-click the image and select "view page source", do a ctl+f for .jpg and click on the hyperlink that comes up in the second hit on "jpg" in the .xml. It'll open just the image, in a window that you can file - save as.
