I think she is supposed to be "Wendy" (Peter Pan). She was Alice two years ago when the lavender fairy (one of my favorites over the years) was the Queen of Hearts. The lady who was the Good Witch last year rode again this year but I've only seen two pictures of her (would like to see more).
