Speaking for me, I like HQ videos, and because I have the flat rate and 10 Mbit/s download speed its not problem at all to download even 1GB files.
But this quality in the last video was very decent also.
I believe that the bigger issue is do you have decent upload speed, to finish the upload faster? ( no one don't like to wait the whole night for example few files, isn't it?
)
If you continue posting on zippyshare, with their maximum download speed, nothing wont be the problem for sure.

I know that this digital still camera ( Canon PowerShot SX40 HS ) cost more than a 400 euros in my country, but maybe you could find much cheaper, but I believe its magnificent in every way. 35x optical zoom with IS option even during video recording, very silent engine and you wont hear the zooming at all. This is on my wish list definitely.
