Firefox has a plug-in you can install called Web Developer Toolbar (addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/web-developer/). One of the features it has is the ability to enable or disable functions on the web page you are on. On web sites that trap the right-click it's almost always done via Javascript, so on the Web Developer toolbar click the Disable drop-down, hover over "Disable Javascript" and in the menu that pops out to the right check "All Javascript". Once you've turned off Javascript you can right-click the image and save normally. Be sure to reenable Javascript after you've saved since the site you are on probably won't work right with it turned off. It can be kind of tedious on a site with a lot of files on it but it's not too bad if you are nabbing just a few.
