There's an episode of the Jessica Alba show; Dark Angel, in which a team of commandos have their uniforms stolen. One of the commandos is female (very fit, but sort of butch), and we see her tied to a pole in her underwear (white panties, T-shirt and black socks), as the camera pans across the scene. I believe it's the last episode, of the 1st season. There was also an episode of the Sci Fi show; Sliders, in which two truck drivers, in military uniforms, are knocked out and stripped.
