Default Nice little surprise

I was picking up a friend from the airport wife my wife and had just entered the waiting area in arrivals when I noticed a late 30's fairly pretty silim brunette in jeans and a shirt sitting down.
My 'DB Radar' wasn't even on so she only caught my eye because of her hand going to check her top button. I avoided looking directly after that as I figured she was one of those girls on high alert against peeking.
My wife sat down a couple of seats from her and I stood at the end of the row which meant when I looked to speak to my wife the girl was about ten feet further on. After a few minutes I chanced a look and to my surprise her top button was open. I figured she must have fumbled it or maybe it was missing altogether. I didn't stare but make converstion with my wife to be able to look in that direction. The button wasn't missing and her shirt gaped revealed a laced topped bra. She was looking at her phone and leaned forward with her elbows on her thighs causing her bra to gape and showing substantial right boob but no nipple.
The strangest thing was at one stage she glanced down as if to check what was on show.
This was a really nice surprise but my first reaction was 'where is the husband/boyfriend' because this must be for him standing somewhere, but a scan around revealed the only single males were holding namecards waiting for people.
By this time I think she knew she had caught my eye and glanced up and of course I shifted my gaze casually.
She shuffled around but basically maintained this pose until pepole started arriving and our friend turned up.
I say her 10 minutes later on the war to the car, top button firmly in place and done up. She was with 2 people who could have bee her parents.
This was all a nice surprise but I have to say the circumstances baffled me a little.
I think airports are places where people suspend reality sometimes because I recalled a couple of other incidents but not for this thread.
